KEEP AN EYE OUT....

While watching exhibition games is not the most exciting thing on the planet, it can serve as an exercise in good planning....keep an eye out for someone who may post some good numbers....they could end up playing later in the season after an injury - these are guys you might grab at the end of your draft and could come in handy as your season wears on....

TIME TO START STUDYING...

As the Baseball All-Star game fades into the sunset, time to start getting ready for fantasy football....
Time to start gathering info -read daily reports, subscribe to at least one site (Fantasy Guru.com is the best in my opinion), and start to plan your draft strategy...Since it will change over the course of the next few weeks, I will give you some pointers in a series of blogs over the next couple of weeks...my problem is my friend's will use them against me in the league we are in...I won't discuss everything.....

TRAINING CAMP SOON!!!!

As the nation celebrates it's independance, fantasy football players begin to get ready for the season....
You will see a slew of magazines on the shelf...remember, most were written in April or May....Pick one with free updates from their website...I subscribe to two sites - Fantasy Guru.com and FootballGuys.com...both have great magazines and great and useful web sites...

You also will want to start locking in your draft day and times...ESPN opened up their leagues last month..hope you got your time...
